Structure
The diesel parking heater helps to improve the winter driving environment and make the trip more comfortable for operators. Its complete structure includes: radiator, fuel pump, ignition, diesel combustion chamber, engine oil pump, coolant pump and so on.
- The radiator is an integral part of the heater and is used to dissipate the heat generated during fuel ignition into the air. It is made of aluminum or steel plate material and has a relatively simple structure, mainly composed of heat pipes and heat sinks, and there must be a certain gap between each heat pipe and heat sink so that the heat can be effectively distributed.
The oil pump is the key equipment in the diesel heater, which is used to supply fuel from the storage tank to the combustion chamber. The oil pump must be within the power of the diesel engine in order to provide normal supply pressure for proper engine operation. - Injector is a device used to inject fuel into the combustion chamber, which can accurately control the amount of fuel and the direction of injection according to the operational requirements to ensure the normal operation of the engine.
- Ignition is the ignition device, used to ignition coil issued by the high-voltage electricity into a high-voltage spark, ignition spark and diesel fuel mixture through the spark socket spark gap will occur after the spark combustion, so that the engine start.
- Diesel combustion chamber is the engine where the fuel and air are mixed, the fuel and air in the combustion chamber are mixed to produce a burst, the piston is therefore moved, the kinetic energy is transmitted to the engine mechanical parts, to promote the engine to run.
- The engine oil pump is used to supply coolant from the engine oil tank to the interior of the engine. The engine oil pump consists of a turbine pump, a lubricating oil pump, a fan driver and other components, and the turbine pump can be powered by the rotation of the engine to provide coolant.
- The coolant pump is the most important part of the cooling system, it is used to discharge the heat generated within the lubrication system, preventing heat from the outside air from entering the lubrication system and preventing the system from becoming too hot.
