Breaker Chisel is a wearing part of Shanmon hydraulic crusher. The chisel tip wears out gradually during the working process. Hydraulic breaker chisel is mainly used in various workplaces such as mines, roadbeds, concrete demolition areas, shipbreaking yards and slag disposal sites. Given its importance in these operations, it is important to focus on routine maintenance. Therefore, proper selection and use of chisels is essential to minimize the wear and tear of Shanmon hydraulic hammers.

Chisel Selection Guide
- Moil point chisel: Ideal for digging and breaking up hard stone, extremely hard rock and reinforced concrete. Its pointed tip effectively penetrates and breaks these hard materials and is the first choice for difficult demolition and excavation tasks in such situations.
- Blunt chisel: It is mainly used to reduce the size of moderately hard rocks or small cracked stones. By applying an impact force, it breaks these stones into smaller pieces, which is particularly useful in construction and stone fabrication projects where smaller sized stones are required.
- Wedge chisel: Used for excavating soft and neutral rock formations, breaking concrete and digging trenches. In these applications, the wedge design effectively splits and removes material, providing better control and precision during operation.
- Conical chisel: Primarily used for breaking hard rock such as granite and quartzite in quarries. It is also effective in breaking thick concrete. The conical chisel concentrates the impact energy to overcome the high strength of these materials.
