A: Normally, we will finish the production within 30 days, in peak season, the production time will be longer.

A: Yes. All machines come with a 12 month or 2000 hour warranty (whichever comes first) from receipt of the machine, excluding manufacturing and transit time. Beyond the warranty period, all parts are available at cost.
